Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dreapic LLC ("Dreapic", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. They apply to dreapic.net and to our mobile apps, web apps and other software (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@dreapic.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Prices. Prices are shown before you buy and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Free trials. If a subscription starts with a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Price changes. We will give you notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• Statement descriptor. Purchases made directly from us appear on card statements as DREAPIC.NET.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Instructions for web, App Store and Google Play purchases are on our Billing page.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, which we refund in full. Details are in our refund policy. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

App Store and Google Play

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms and refund policies also apply. For apps downloaded from the App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Dreapic only, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Services
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or that you have no right to share
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Services, except where the law allows
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission
• Use the Services to build a competing product

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give us a limited license to host, process and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Services for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you provide.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Dreapic or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in line with these Terms.

Third-party services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as payment processors and AI providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any output, including AI-generated output, will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreapic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dreapic harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or while a payment dispute is open. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and Dreapic consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@dreapic.net so we can try to resolve it informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
